Thank you, Pam Kaur and Mr. Balwant Singh, for helping my wife secure her Spouse Visa extension. With the expiry date fast approaching, it could have been a stressful time, but working with Pam again was just as reassuring as the first time. Mr Deepak was my case worker. He had a very minimum knowledge of Immigration. Every time he took so long to reply on the questions being asked about my case and his answers were not satisfactory. He losses some of my important documents from my files before sending the bundle to home office. The points I raised about their poor advice and service he never address on those. But he always insisted that he did a lot of hard work on my case. Never told me that what sort of hard work he has done on my case. I felt that my case has been handled poorly by intention. So that he could keep me with his firm longer to make a good amount of money from me. I am having the same complaint about the boss Mr Balwant Singh because he don’t have any check on people working under him. I have tried to complaint about Deepak several times but no such action has been taken on him the way he mistreated the client. I never recommend anyone to use this firm specially for their immigration matters. Poor advice, poor service and you will be left in more difficult situation then you already have.

Does not know a thing about immigration. Compair prices with other solicitors before paying. Charges full money even if if is failed. Please consider other options for immigration matters.

From the onset we clearly advised you on the merits of your case but you insisted on pursuing the same. You failed to provide all the requested documents required which contributed to the decision of this matter. We are a professional company and as a matter of procedure we agree fees and payment plan with our client which is completely transparent. I would advise you to kindly refrain from repeating your misleading comments!

I was recommended HSBS Law Solicitors, through family, who themselves had an immigration issue, which HSBS Law managed to resolve. I had a Family Trust issue, which I needed help with, which I'm very happy to say HSBS Law managed to sort out. Please do NOT go if an immigration issue. Charged me 2500 for an EUSS that was supposed to be for 1500 max. And resulted in a refusal.this a gunuine review just want others to send wisely their hard earnedmoney. 🙏🏽

By far the best Law firm in Berkshire in our opinion. .Professional, obligated, committed plus a great customer service that gives one a feeing of being part of a family that can be relied on a hundred percent with regards to any matter . Remain blessed !
very slow. never call back. always need to chase them for updates. I have now moved to another company and still need to contact HSBS as there are pending actions they did not complete as promised

Had a long case with these guys, loved dealing with Fareed, made things easy to understand and had patience to listen and answer questions as this was our first time entering in to a commercial lease so we were oblivious to a lot of terminologies and procedures. Unfortunately Kulvinder was shocking, very rude, patronising and sarcastic hated being asked questions; because of him I would never go back to these guys again. Fareed was great to work with though.
