Brilliant Team

I was held on remand. I was confused as a 19-year-old being locked up for the first time. I had lots of mixed feelings; I didn’t know whom I would come into contact with, and I was worried.

With my case, I want to say a big thank you to Trishna Kerai for her time and all the effort that she put into this case to ensure that I received the best result. She always encouraged me on her visits and gave me positive advice during the time I was locked up. I always looked forward to her visits, as I felt comfortable talking to her and expressing my concerns and the mixed feelings I had regarding this case. Trishna Kerai ensured that I felt comfortable and was able to answer all my questions.

Trishna Kerai also kept in contact with my parents, as they were quite worried about me. She ensured that she was available at anytime for my parents to ask her questions and to contact her. My experience with Trishna was that she is a lovely person and that she is the right person for the job; she goes above and beyond to ensure my well-being is in place and that I am doing okay.

After meeting Trishna, I wasn’t worried that much about the case, as her encouraging words gave me comfort to never give up and to stay positive. Trishna, thank you for working so hard to help me get out of this situation, and I appreciate you and your team for all the hard work that you have put in. I am grateful for your time, your presence, and your encouraging words that kept me going.

Thank you, Trishna and SVS team
