Losing a parent is an incredibly difficult and emotional experience, but throughout the handling of my late father’s estate, the service and support we received were absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Everything was dealt with in such a professional, compassionate and efficient manner, which gave our family real reassurance during a very difficult time. Communication was always clear, prompt and honest, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What stood out most was the genuine care, patience and understanding shown throughout the entire process. Managing an estate can feel overwhelming, but we were guided every step of the way with kindness and professionalism. I honestly cannot thank the team enough for making such a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing support with probate or estate matters. Thank you again for everything you did for our family.

Gordons did our wills and lasting power of attorney documents. They explained everything connected with the documents and what we needed to do very clearly . They approached things in a way that was relatively easy to understand as opposed to what could have been a maze of governmenteese.

Very easy to book an appointment. James Moore and Rebecca Shepherd were excellent at discussing what we wanted to achieve and how we would achieve it. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gordons as a practice and James and Rebecca as the director and solicitor and legal assistant
Very efficient and professional organisation that made our, potentially stressful, conveyancing procedure almost enjoyable. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gordons Solicitors.
Whilst initial service seemed good we found them to be uncommunicative and slow to respond to emails when dealing with my late mother’s estate. Seemed like they were too busy to deal with our small case as was always told they were in meetings when I called.
