Dawn @ Copley's St Ives and her team were faultless on my recent conveyancing. Communication was excellent, and if I had any questions they were answered quickly and in an easy to understand way. At no time in the process, which was complicated by a bereavement mid way through, did I feel that I was not up to date, and in fact Dawn clarified 2 questions which were for other companies who I was waiting on.

Copleys were aware of other wording that created a rolling down the generations will which secured my now deceaced family airlooms stay within the exrended family. Other solicitors did not seem aware of this. BRILLIANT! I can now relax knowing I have done my best.

Copley's, Introduced b y my Estate Agent, as I was new to the area, proved a good choice of Solicitor's and Dawn was very helpful and understanding from the start. She was always helpful and patient and took most of the worry off my shoulders. The completion of the many Forms proved a bit too much for me at times but Dawn was very patient and guided me through them all. I was also kept "up to date" as time went on.

Excellent service, explains every step and always with a quick and thorough response. Understands military pensions and their intraceceys getting a positive result in the circumstances. Work well either in person or remotely and would definitely recommend to anyone who has the misfortune of having to go through a divorce.
