Even though this was quite a complicated purchase with difficult vendors (and their unresponsive solicitors) Samantha’s persistence ensured a speedy completion.

I work as an estate agent and we have been through dozens of solicitors looking for a firm able to carry out conveyancing. Burgh Thorpe are the first solicitor we have used that actually UPDATES their online portal that many tend to brag about but do not utilise.
If we have required updates for our clients, we have had same day responses every time.
We have also found the speed in which sales are completing when using Burgh Thorpe is significantly faster than many other sales we have going through.
