10 week delay at the very start for no reas, tried to keep my money 😡
The worst experience ever, from start to finish! First they did nothing at all, not even contact the sellers solicitors until I complained online after 10 weeks had passed!! Eventually the sale went through and I specifically asked them to withhold half of the service charge £300 for the property, to pay for the 6 months the seller was living there. I recently received the service charge invoice and when I asked for the money I was told that they witheld, I found out that they did not retain the funds but gave my money to the sellers, solicitor. Which they tell me the solicitor is refusing to give back Wft? They also tried to invoice me an extra £285 for third partied they had to employ because they did nothing for the first 10 weeks. I've seen no proof or email or anything and due to my past experience with this company I believe that have my money but do not want to part with it. Either way, I want my money
