I suffered a back injury falling on a slippery hotel boardwalk. I approached Folgate Legal because of their deft handling of a previous incident several years before. They brought exemplary care to this relatively low value (but important to me) case, and after establishing full admission of liabilty marshalling the clinical evidence with meticulous attention to detail. They achieved an excellent settlement and I am most grateful to them.
