I contacted W&P Legal to help me deal with my Aunt's estate. I spoke to Kim who was extremely helpful. She talked me through the process of Probate and the different ways she could assist depending how much help I needed. What I thought was going to be a difficult process turned out to be quite straightforward with Kim's help. I would thoroughly recommend W&P Legal.

Exercise caution when dealing with this company. Despite their claim of being in business since 2005, they have only 67 reviews, one of the reviews are from Beth Moore who is a specialist case practitioner for this company, which raises questions about their track record and transparency. Their marketing tactics appear misleading—for instance, the inclusion of the word “Legal” in their name may give the impression they are qualified solicitors, when in fact, they are not. They are paralegals, not licensed lawyers or solicitors. In our experience, their primary concern seems to be financial gain rather than honoring the genuine wishes of your loved ones. Particular attention should be paid to individuals such as Mr. Nicholas Ash and Mrs. Beth Moore. Their approach may seem agreeable at first, but the true implications of their actions may only become apparent when it’s too late. Proceed with care and conduct thorough due diligence before engaging their services.

I had the pleasure of dealing Beth Moore recently. She was excellent, supportive and very reliable. She always honoured her commitments, which is a rare find these days. I can thoroughly recommend her.
