I’ve been working with Navdip Dhariwal for almost a year now - initially as a litigant in person. She’s incredibly good, a switched-on solicitor, and full of enthusiasm to help me. She supported me throughout the litigation phase and, as per my instructions, I’ve now taken her on as my solicitor in court for my final Financial and Child arrangements. She’s intuitive and has a command over writing statements and responses to the court, providing full explanations and a punchy clarity even at very short notice. This helped me immensely in her writing a Section 25 and a C100 position statement for complex cases like mine. She can visualise the other side’s perspective and is excellent at communication. She’s very professional and demonstrates complete legal ethical knowledge in her dealings. I’ve had experience with her in financial and child arrangements matters, and she hasn’t disappointed me.
