I have been treated so badly by this firm. I reply within seconds, but do not receive a response for weeks, over a month at points. They valued my claim wrong in the first instance, and left out the main part. When corrected they took over a month to respond, and acted as if it never happened 'revaluing my claim'. I have found them really rude when I have called up and been told to just give them time, this has been ongoing since october and it is now march... the claim hasn't even been submitted yet due to no fault of my own, I reply instantly every time. Its really a very straightforward case, theyve had my medical report since the start of December and the other party has admitted fault. The ladies in the office were really not nice at all, and when I was put through to Isaac himself he was just as rude. I am paying 35% of my claim to this company and had absolutely no client care. I will be looking into how to take it further because I have felt completely neglected throughout this case. To miss out a huge part of my claim is complete neglect. I am glad I didn't blindly trust and accept the first valuation.
