I reached out to Hall Smith Whittingham for some advice as I was dealing with a difficult divorce, I then had the pleasure of an initial call with Ian. I found him to be extremely helpful with all of my queries and he reassured me that he was able to assist with the whole process.

As I had never been through this before, Ian took all pressure away from myself and made the process run smoothly from start to finish including assisting with processing my financial order.

I cannot recommend Charlotte highly enough. She has been absolutely outstanding throughout what has been an incredibly difficult and challenging time. Despite the complexity of the circumstances, Charlotte remained calm, professional, and incredibly composed. Her communication has been clear, consistent, and reassuring from start to finish, always keeping me informed and involved.

My experience was very good. I was in constant contact with both my solicitor and her legal team. They were thorough, informed and offer me advice on what was a rare case of paying my help to buty loan using my own funds. I chose HSW to deal with the financial settlement of my divorce. Ian Hamilton Fey provided excellent advice, predicted the proceedings and outcome and was good throughout the whole of the matter, which went right to a final hearing in court.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ian if you are struggling with a financial settlement.
