I’ve had the pleasure of working with Frances Dulla at Dixon Rigby Keogh Solicitors before and have left a review previously. This time I’m writing on behalf of my brother, Mike, who has just successfully completed on a property with Frances’s help. It wasn’t the most straightforward transaction, but Frances was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was professional, tenacious, and really fought to get things over the line. What stands out most is how she works with you. She talks to you like a real human being, no unnecessary complicated legal jargon, just clear, straightforward communication while getting on with the job at hand. That approach made the whole process far less stressful than it could have been. The whole team at Dixon Rigby Keogh were really helpful and supportive. I’ve used other solicitors in the past who simply “get the job done,” but Frances and her team feel more like the old-style family solicitor you can genuinely trust. That personal touch is quite rare these days and it makes a big difference. We as a family would not hesitate to use them again. In fact, my son is currently working with Frances right now. We would not use anyone else. Highly recommended. Thank you Frances and the team!

We had what turned out to be a fairly complex and drawn out house purchase. Zoe was fantastic in her attention to detail and ensuring that essential queries were sorted out to her satisfaction. This has undoubtedly saved us from some nasty surprises later down the road when we come to sell. Zoe was lovely to work with throughout and was always available to answer our queries and to chase the other parties side as needed. We would use Zoe as our number 1 choice for any future conveyancing.

Frances was excellent throughout our purchase of a parcel of agricultural land. We sought her out for this particular type of expertise and she did not disappoint. She was knowledgeable throughout but more so, very pragmatic and commercial. She looked for ways to save costs and time whilst also delivering the legal result we needed. She was tireless in pursuing the (very slow) solicitors on the other side and kept up well informed and updated. The fixed fee did have to be increased in the end but we felt that was a fair reflection of the effort Frances applied on our behalf. She was responsive and helpful throughout. No hesitation in using her again or recommending her to others.
