Absolutely waist of time !!! Waiting 6 months with no updates about my claim, I should send them emails after emails, and being absolutely ignored. Rachael , Christine and Dobromir - three people who makes me feel so uncomfortable when I’m trying to get some information, it was even a point when Rachael makes Dobromir to send me message asking me to not bother them with questions and to wait while they get in touch with me. Well , waiting them for a couple of months to found out they can’t support my claim with “no win , no fee “ , BUT they could do something if I hired them privately and pay them a commission. After asking for prices , possibly of winning and how long it will take ( after all this 6 months waiting ) they just stop replying to my emails and just ignoring me in any ways. All this 3 people showed absolutely unprofessional attitude and disrespectful behaviour. Definitely not recommending this company!!!

I contacted Racheal at Marlow Braide as I have been a client many years ago and the service I received was absolutely amazing. I had a fall within a store, due to Health & Safety, involving 2 x pallets, thin brown paper covering them both. I was unable to see the gap in between, which caused an accident relating to a knee and ankle injury Thankfully with the help and support of Marlowe Braide Solicitors. Would definitely recommend Marlow Braide to anyone they are so helpful and definitely want to get the best for you, so helpful and always keeping you informed of the progress they are making with your case...nothing is to much trouble to them...Highly recommended

I required some documents to be assessed and certified, the service I received was amazing. Professional friendly and welcoming staff and Rachael provided a fabulous service, even when I needed more work completing this was done at no extra cost to myself and I was able to get it straight away.
