Recently sold and bought a new house using James Scowen at Stratfords and the service and professionalism received from start to finish was nothing short of exemplary.
Despite a couple of aborted house purchase transactions, nothing was ever a problem and everything was dealt with in a calm and professional manner.
Communication via phone or email was always clear, concise and efficient.
In summary, just a wonderful experience and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I wanted to express my gratitude to Brodie Burns for her excellent attention with a recent remortgage case that she looked after for my clients. Solicitors often get an unnecessary hard time with service levels and so it's important to give credit and say thank you. I was impressed from start to finish with the way that Brodie approached my clients and the consistent communication. I have asked Brodie if we can work together on other cases.

Excellent Conveyancing Service

We recently used Helen Shepherd for the sale of our property and also the purchasing of our new one. We've not had the best experience in the past with Conveyancing Solicitors but Helen was excellent from day one and restored our faith. Helen was friendly and responsive, kept us up date from day one and did everything she could do ensure we completed on the requested date, all within 7 weeks. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Helen, 10/10 in all areas.

Great Company, So Professional!

We came to Stratfords by accident, thankfully! We had an unbelievably bad experience with previous lawyers when buying our home, and this lovely Company was recommended to us, to take over the process. They were amazing and Lauren Sumner was outstanding. She fought hard to obtain all necessary requirements from the Intervening lawyers so that we could exchange and complete on the date specified. She was so professional, knowledgeable, reassuringly kind and considerate to us that it was actually a blessing in disguise that we had to engage them. We are now going to use them as our family and business lawyers! Thank you all so much.
