I used them in the Advice of Mortgage broker to buy a property. I was so pleased at the speed of everything they did. As I live nearby, I'd drop paperwork off sometimes on a Sunday evening, then I'd receive an email within 48 hours as they done what they could from their side. Very good communication with me and Mortgage brokers, always answered any questions with 24 hours. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Whilst going through probate it was found that the property I was inheriting was not registered with Land Registry. Stratford Solicitors took on the job and such was their professionalism that the whole process was dealt with very quickly at a reasonable price. At all stages I was dealt with in a professional but friendly manner and cannot fault the quality of their staff.
