The first time we met Pally Davies she was very polite, friendly and put us both at ease. It was 1995 the last time we moved house. She explained everything to us from the start. There were a few problems along the way, but we were kept to date with everything. Unfortunately our sale didn’t go through but the compassion, kindness and support we received from Pally and her team was extremely appreciated. We would definitely use this solicitors again.

The sale of my house was complicated by the presence of a covenant that had to be signed off by the firm that had imposed it. This took longer to be finalised than it should have but the conveyancer joined me in applying pressure to get the signing executed. The eventual result was a succesful sale.
