We had a real slog of a sale, (buyers dropping out, issues with Land Registry). Through out all of this Ellie at Grey Smiths was on hand to help and advise. Ellie was contactable, she explained things clearly and showed a lot of patience and general customer care.
I've worked with a lot of solicitors, Ellie and Grey-Smiths are some of the best.

We have recently moved house and were recommended this firm by a friend who had used them previously and highly recommeneded them.
TLDR : Ellie Bellas /Grey Smith Legal were amazing and we would use them again in an instant.
Ellie Bellas really took all stress away from this aspect of the move process, she works extremely efficiently and only contacted us when additional information was needed.
Her communication skills are brilliant helping us easily understand legal terminology to allow us to understand what different aspects of the process meant and how they related to our situation.
We had extremely tight time lines of approx 6 weeks to complete a full sale and purchase (which we had been quoted 3 months+ from other firms) and Ellie went above and beyond to ensure we moved in on time and even worked on her days off towards the closure to ensure we met our timelines.
We got the impression that Ellie takes great pride in her work and does everything she can to help and care for her clients.
We were always ahead of the chain and therefore our side of the process went very smoothly.
We will definitly use Grey Smith Legal again and 100% ask for Ellie.

I can't praise Grey- Smith enough. They navigated me through a sale of a house and a purchase of a house. Very good communication throughout. I would highly recommend Grey-Smith to anyone looking for conveyencing.
