Terrible Experience

They say that no answer is an answer. Ellie Bellas (Director), therefore, is refusing to answer my requests for information and counter my concerns. A "reasonable" amount of time has passed for a reply, yet I have had nothing. This firm is accredited by the Law Society, I take issue with that based on my treatment from this firm relative to the sensitivity of my requests and the fact that the UK is supposed to set the standards for the legal profession. A higher authority needs to be informed about the communications from this company and their communications to "clients". I will investigate this route and update here.

Fantastic Service

We used Grey-Smith Legal for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From day one, they were friendly, professional, and really easy to deal with. The whole team kept us in the loop throughout the process, and no question ever felt like too much trouble. Buying and selling at the same time can be stressful, but they made everything feel that bit more manageable.

What stood out most was how responsive and approachable they were — we always felt like we were in safe hands. Everything was handled efficiently and with real attention to detail, and we felt completely supported from start to finish.

We’re so grateful for all their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Grey-Smith Legal to anyone looking for a reliable and down-to-earth solicitor. They really did make the whole experience far less stressful than we expected!

We've instructed Grey Smith Legal before for a rental property purchase & wills. This time it was for a sale & purchase through Sammylea Wood at one of the busiest times in the housing market.
