For what seemed like a sale and purchase littered with issues, Ellie and her team took everything in their stride. We were offered timely and measured advice from the start of the process right through to completion.

Would highly recommend Grey-Smith legal. Livvy was assigned my move and she was an absolute pleasure throughout. She kept me informed, was extremely approachable and friendly throughout, helping explain everything I didn't understand. We've instructed Grey Smith Legal before for a rental property purchase & wills. This time it was for a sale & purchase through Sammylea Wood at one of the busiest times in the housing market.
