I had sought the services of Grey-Smith Legal at Skelton in Cleveland to handle the conveyancing of the sale of my Mothers house. All matters were dealt with thoroughly and accurately in a timely fashion. Communication by email and phone was good and Claire was always available to answer questions and give information. I unreservedly reccomend their services.

Between Kristee, Millie and Beth I can’t really fault these girls! Kristee handled the majority of a purchase for my father super efficiently before her maternity leave and then Beth pulled it out the bag getting it over the line in a bit of a last minute a rush - he is thrilled and can enjoy his bank holiday weekend :) the communication was top class throughout the process!
