We've just purchased a new house in Colwyn Bay, and after looking at reviews online and getting some guidance from our mortgage adviser we chose to reach out to this company and connected with Niamh. What we thought would be a pretty straightforward sale was complicated by some issues on the seller's end that gave us a hard deadline of the beginning of May, but Niamh and her assistant Sarah were on point, chasing up the necessary paperwork, in continuous communication with the seller's solicitors and other relevant parties and making sure we got everything done right on time. For anyone looking for a solicitor in the Llandudno/Colwyn Bay area, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company overall and especially Niamh. (I tried to include the company name in my review, but the website refuses to allow the word "B o n e" as part of the review)

Recently our charity needed the advice of a local solicitor. We instructed B&P, and we met with Branwen Sion. Branwen understood our problem and gave fantastic advice. She was instructed to take on our case and dealt with everything for us, achieving the outcome we needed.
Absolutely excellent service from everyone at Bone and Payne. We have used Branwen Sion for company matters and Niamh O'Riordan for conveyancing and both have been extremely professional and helpful in the work they have done for us. I can recommend both of them and their firm with 100% confidence.

We went to Bone & Payne to get out wills drawn up so it's difficult to compare them to anyone else as we've only ever had our wills done that once. What I can say was that everything was handled very efficiently. It probably helps that we don't have much to pass on so the wills were probably as straight forward as they come but all the work was carried out promptly and without delay.
