The sale of my property was incredibly stressful and took over 5 months to complete because of issues at the bottom of the chain particularly with the solicitors involved in that part of the chain who missed things, didn’t communicate with the rest of the chain etc all of which caused repeated delays. However my experience with Jessica was a world away from this, she was excellent throughout the process. Jessica responded to my queries extremely quickly, no email went unanswered or had to be chased and she kept me informed every step of the way. If every step of the chain had a Jessica I’m in no doubt the delays wouldn’t have happened :-)

I chose Kenneth Barrow &Co on their reviews and the fact they are dog friendly! (anyone who loves dogs must be good!). This was my first house purchase on my own, the reception staff were very knowledgeable on the process and very friendly and approachable. Jess managed my purchase, she was quick to respond to emails to update me which put my mind at rest. The process took 14 weeks to complete. The fees were reasonable and overall I'm very happy with the service received
