I can’t recommend Karen at Kenneth Barrow (KB) Solicitors in Seaham highly enough. I’ve had the pleasure of utilising their services for conveyancing a couple of times now. She was incredibly easy to get hold of and always returned my emails the same day, which was a refreshing change compared to other solicitors I’ve used previously where you’re often left waiting or having to chase for updates. Karen has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The service she provided was extremely efficient, and KB prices are very competitive compared to others in the area. Karen & the team at Kenneth M Barrow were absolutley fantastic from start to finish. We had originally appointed them for the sale of our property & purchase of another. For reasons outside both of our control, we were unable to proceed with them for the purchase side, but continued with them on the sale side. Throughout the whole process Karen was extremely professional and efficient, to the point of recommending other solicitors who would be able to take on the purchase side of our case. I have nothing but good words to say about their work, and will definitely be keeping their details on record for any future house moves.
