Incredibly slow and unpleasant
Spoke to them regarding a family law matter, was made out like the situation was very important and something would be done ASAP. After 3 weeks of phoning in I finally got a response, which was "if I had any information for you, I would have already contacted you". Feels like I have gotten more progress done through the court than a solicitor. Not best pleased

Don’t bother
Found the branch in Penzance lacking. Poor communication and defensive if questioned. Felt unsupported and wondered if they were working for us or against. If you have a choice use another solicitor in Penzance.
