As first time buyers, we only had the experience of others to draw upon for what to expect from a conveyancer. Tegan at Grey-Smith Legal in Skelton, trainee solicitor at the time of writing, was exceptionally helpful with everything from start to finish. We didn't expect to have our completion date this side of Christmas, having only offered on the property in late October. However, after prompt and efficient surveys were gathered and paperwork completed, we had keys within 6 weeks. Everyone always says that a house purchase is super stressful and slow.
