We’ve had a long and arduous purchasing process due to a maintenance agreement for our purchase property. Livvy and team have been absolutely excellent in dealing with it (and in dealing with a very slow/incompetent solicitor further up the chain - Livvy went above and beyond to make sure the overall time was as minimal as possible!). The Grey Smith Legal team have been really responsive by both telephone and email, no query too small and they’ve been very quick to get back to us in every step of the process. It’s our third time purchasing a property and we would use Grey Smith again in a heartbeat, can’t thank them enough (especially compared to the other solicitors in the chain)!

Between Kristee, Millie and Beth I can’t really fault these girls! Kristee handled the majority of a purchase for my father super efficiently before her maternity leave and then Beth pulled it out the bag getting it over the line in a bit of a last minute a rush - he is thrilled and can enjoy his bank holiday weekend :) the communication was top class throughout the process!
