Professional but let down by poor communication
This review is for a different branch.
I found Bendles Solicitors to be professional in their approach, and the solicitor I spoke with was always polite and respectful. However, communication throughout the process was extremely slow, which was particularly difficult given the urgency of my case. I often had to chase for updates multiple times before receiving a response, and letters were sent out on my behalf without my prior knowledge or approval.
While the individual solicitor came across as capable, the lack of consistent communication made me feel like my case wasn’t a priority. Because of this, I made the decision to stop working with the firm. Had communication been more responsive and collaborative, I would have been happy to continue using their services.
