Awful service by an incompetent previous solicitor Rosemary Wood who no longer works there. That person made life hell for almost 2 years dragging out the dealing with an estate / Will situation and in the end I took over and it was sorted within 5 or 6 months ! The Legal Ombudsman gave a phonecall today around a year later (about my complaint but they blamed the original Executors saying it was thier fault not hers! HILARIOUS! Don't bother complaining about anything to them ! Yes it was all sorted in the end but at the time this was extremely Stressful ! Good luck to Derbyshire Legal Services who have taken over the company ! I hope you employ some competent people unlike her !
Brooke-Taylors were amazing with the purchase of our first house. Alison was just wonderful, so informative and kept us updated with the progress of the sale. She was so professional and supportive. As first time buyers we were not sure of the process but she made it super easy and explained everything. We did not have to chase her, she did everything perfectly. Thank you Alison!!
An absolutely incredible team of Solicitors. We have worked with them on numerous areas now and have always receive an incredible service, standard, advice and timely feedback. I cannot recommend any more highly and they are now my go-to solicitors, even though not local to us. I'd personally recommend Glenn McClenaghan and Iain Prendergast as they've dealt with everything for me. However, I have to say that when contacting them, I've always got an incredible standard of service from everyone we've spoken to. Thank you all!
Fantastic and professional service from Pam Morton on the sale of my property and purchase of another. Pam will always find a solution to problems that arise throughout the conveyancing process- she does this diligently and professionally. All staff involved in appointments required ( including office and reception staff as well as solicitors and other legal representatives ) were handled efficiently and with sympathy in my situation of mourning the death of my husband . This also applied to the recent establishment of Powers of Attorney being granted to my two daughters .

We received excellent service from Stacy when we recently updated our wills. She was very informative whilst guiding us through the process. We needed to do something a little more complex that with our previous wills and Stacy made sure we obtained our objective.

I had a particularly sensitive and difficult case in which I approached Brooke-Taylors solicitors for guidance and help. I was introduced to Victoria Walsh who was not only able to take on my case but did it with professionalism, compassion and with an ability to keep my spirits up during the tough times.
