    Don't even think about this firm! They promised to make an appeal on my Home Office rejection, but they didn't within the timeframe! Then when I wanted to change my solicitor, they didn't hand my case over to the new solicitor! I had to complain about them and Cc'd the Legal Ombudsman to the complaint email in order to get my own case! Your life doesn't matter to them, at all!

Furthermore, your case file was successfully transferred to your new legal representative in accordance with standard procedures.
