I am extremely grateful to Kieran for his professional support and guidance during an exceptionally sensitive and difficult time in my life. He handled all the complex communication with the council and the court on my behalf, explained everything clearly, and made the process of transferring the registration of my late son’s flat into my name much easier to navigate. He also guided me through the remaining matters until the registration was completed. What stood out most was Kieran’s professionalism, compassion and understanding throughout the entire process. His calm and respectful manner made a very difficult situation much more manageable at a time when I was grieving. I genuinely do not think I would have been able to deal with everything without his support. I am sincerely grateful for the care, professionalism and compassion he showed throughout.

Thank you for your kind feedback, Mohammed. We are pleased that Ravi provided helpful support and kept you informed throughout your property purchase.
I have known the Athi family for many years, but until late last year I had never needed to use their services. My property purchase was far from straightforward, but the manner in which Athi Law navigated the various challenges was extremely commendable. Their professionalism, expertise and attention to detail made a difficult process considerably easier. More recently, further issues arose, and once again these were dealt with both efficiently and promptly, with excellent communication throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Athi Law and would like to thank the whole team for their continued support and professional service.

Thank you for your recommendation and for recognising the efforts of the whole team.

Thank you for your lovely feedback. We’re delighted Manoj and the team helped navigate the challenges and get your sale over the line. Congratulations on reaching exchange, and we wish you all the best with completion!
Five stars isn't quite enough for Athi Law. If I could give them a gold medal and a stiff drink, I would. Buying a house is usually up there with dental surgery on the list of "things people dread," but Manoj and Hiena turned the conveyancing process into an absolute breeze. From start to finish, we completed in **four weeks flat**. I’ve had takeaway orders that felt like they took longer to arrive. Right from day one, Manoj and Hiena were attentive, constantly available, and remarkably honest. No legal jargon designed to make your head spin, no disappearing acts, and no wild promises, just crystal clear communication and perfectly set expectations throughout. In a world where conveyancing usually moves at the speed of a sleepy snail, this team operates like a F1 pit crew. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better duo to handle our purchase. If you’re buying a property and prefer your stress levels low and your completion dates fast, hire Athi Law immediately. Highly, highly recommended!
