My Will required a complete revision, my circumstances are a little unusual but it was dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. I am considering using them when I sell my house.

Sue McGregor, was assigned to assist us with probate , following the death of my brother. Whilst Sue remained professional at all times, she was always friendly and approachable. Sue was sensitive to my situation, and also to my sister in the law who was grieving the loss of her husband. Sue reponded promply to queries, we needed answered. The process of applying for probate was clearly set out for us, she helped us to negotiated legal terminlogy with clear explanation and without judgement. Despite the length of time it took to complete, any delays that took place were not because of her disinterest, she would explain she was just waiting for responses from another. It was a comfort to us both to work with such a kind and supportive person. Thank you Sue!

Excellent service from Scott Richards on a time critical matter. Communication from Jamie, Claire and the team was second to none. I felt supported and was kept updated throughout and managed to achieve a positive outcome. I also engaged with Rachel earlier in the year, who helped me to write my will. After a lengthy and frustrating litigation process it's fair to say we got to know the team rather well! We started the process with the late Chris Wills, who was excellent - we were then placed in the capable hands of Kirsty and Jamie. Professional and friendly transparent with costs, we can't fault this firm and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. All staff we dealt with at Scott Richards were professional at all times. We finally got a good outcome in our case, and felt very well represented.

This is the second time I have used Scott Richards, namely Adam Clinch-Othman, for conveyancing and both times I have found the service to be excellent - straightforward, professional, approachable and value for money.
