Normally conveyancing solicitors get a bad rap for holding up transactions but that wasn't my experience with Beers. I chose them because they have a local presence and their initial quote was reasonable, as the transaction went on I was so glad that I did choose them. Wai Chung was my main point of contact, she was extremely communicative and responsive when I asked for an update which was particularly reassuring when other parties (particularly the solicitors on the other side) were unresponsive. Thank you Wai, I have already mentioned how positive the experience was to other people and will continue to do so if anybody needs a conveyancing solicitor.
