    It was far from straightforward and with problems from the seller’s side this required much more involvement than normal from Michelle in dealing with the various parties in order to get the sale over the line. It turned out to be a very extended process because of the problems and I was very grateful to be kept me well informed of progress along the way and maintaining my confidence for a satisfactory conclusion.

    Helped out where several other firms declined to assist

    We found oursleves having to resort to the law to help us with an unpleasant case of stalking and harassment we were suffering at the hands of a third party. The service we had from Gard & Co in heloing us with the problem was first class. The communciation with the company was timely, informative and reassuring. With the help of Gard & Co the Court was able to grant us an injunction and we now feel safer. Other firms we asked to help with this declined the work. Gard & Co didn't hesitate to help and we recommend them 100%.

    My mother had used Gard & Co for a couple of issues over the past few years, and on her passing last year I was happy to go to them again to deal with the sale of her property. Despite having to deal with buyers/agents who caused a few problems, I found Michelle and Iolanda to be most helpful and efficient in dealing with and solving them to my satisfaction. This was not helped by my living 240 miles from Plymouth,. Many thanks for all you did for me, and previously for my mother.

      The team at Gard & Co have been great to work with in dealing with Dad's estate. I had never done anything like this before. Jane gave clear guidance on the probate side, so that the full service was not needed. She handled just the strictly legal aspect which reduced costs. I don't feel that adding another layer to processes would have made things simpler. However the comprehensive service is available for anyone who is very worried. Jodie and Michelle dealt with the property side as a separate item and everything went as well as it could , despite some delays and issues with the buyers funding and some legal processes. I would highly recommend Gard & Co to anyone dealing with probate or a property sale. ( I am sure a purchase would be the same! ). Their fees were reasonable and no hidden extras
