Disappointing
Instructing solicitor to make new Last Will & Testament - or The Will - prefer former. Delays, misspellings, sloppy formatting - blame computer - 'lost' emails. Eventually signed/witnessed. Copy sent was a sorry excuse for a photocopy which was not carefully placed so some words were missing and some blurred. Too late realised that 2 items which were discussed - and on earlier originals presented to solicitor - were not included. I will either have to include in Letter of Wishes or add a codicil. Letter to solicitor conveyed my overall displeasure and much later a new copy of 'The Will' arrived - photocopy again - with reply that barely said 'My apologies for the inconvenience', ignoring remarks about missing items. Not a good experience. Regretfully, will most likely not use this company again despite earlier dealings (conveyancing) being very good. ('Select professional' does not list this solicitor)
