I was forced to seek representation in an unexpected dispute with my sibling regarding the estate of my parent, for whom we were both designated executors. Michael was recommended to me and I could not have asked for better representation. He handled a very difficult issue during this emotionally charged time with a deep knowledge of the law, a keen understanding of human motivations and frailties, and a sensitivity to the need to manage legal costs. I was not happy to find myself in this situation, but very happy to have found Michael to help me through it. Through his guidance and firm but understanding presentation of the issues, I'm glad to report that not only was the outcome positive but also a potential permanent rift in the family was avoided. They never respond to emails, when you chase them they are illusive, our issue was over a will where years later they were still holding funds which were only discovered by us by accident they admitted ti be at fault but have still not put it right

I had to update my will and decided to do LPA's as well. The staff were very helpful when i made a phone call explaining what i wanted them to do for me. They posted me the draft copies for my approval. I then made an appointment to go and see Marie to complete the paperwork at their office in Crewkerne. Thankfully Everys have got client car parking at the rear of their premises as there's limited on street parking. The staff and Marie made me welcome and soon had the paperwork sorted out and what other paperwork that i needed to get signed, and posted back to their offices. The staff at Everys Crewkerne branch were helpful from start to finish in sorting out my will and LPA's.

Recently had the help of Everys Honiton for Probate. They were straight forward, not too expensive and got on with it. They were nice people!
