We recently had the need to challenge an unfair electricity contract which was offered to us via a cold cooling strategy. The costs will have a major impact on us funding high value items such as the carpet that has a limited life. We employed Jamie Dyson to work on our behalf to remove us from the deal or negotiate exit penalties. Jamie understood the limited funding of a small bowls club and worked hard for a resolution. I recently used Scott Richards to complete the sale of a flat,and the purchase of another.Dealt with by Jamie,Sophie and Carol.It was a long and awkward Conveyance but they dealt with it very professionaly .I was kept well informed and updated on proceedings and received good legal advice from Jamie.Completion day ran very smoothly.Very satisfied with the service i received and would happily use again when i next require a Solicitor.

Very pleased with the staff at Scott Richards Solicitors (Lydia & Lauren). They were very efficient & professional in dealing with the sale of my Teignmouth property. I Live in Staffordshire, 200 miles away from the property in Devon which I have owned for over 30 years. The family used the property as a holiday home but it was now the time to sell it. I have never met either Lydia or Lauren all correspondence relating to the sale was conducted by email or text. It worked well, it was fast and efficient. Queries the buyers solicitor raised were relayed to me and answered in days. On the odd occasion I need help Lydia gave me her professional advice.
