All seems to have gone reasonably well. The paperwork received had some old clauses in it from our purchase in 2010. Luckily we had copies filed from that transaction otherwise we would have had difficulty in understanding them. Thank you

I received a very efficient service from Scott Richards in respect of the sale of my late mother’s house it all went through quite quickly. Teresa and Michelle were always very helpful and Teresa especially always seemed very happy which was one of the reasons I chose this company.

Could you make sure that the management companies are actually paying the rents as your company called them. I've got evidence in cheques and demands that I've paid mine.so I'm morally sound.But if you are following the lafra bill you will know that us leaseholders are at the sharp end of dodgy practices
We cannot see that you are a client of ours. Notwithstanding, we have no control over what management companies do in respect of rents and how the decisions they make have any relevance to the services we provide to our clients.
