I would like to thank all the staff involved in such a smooth conclusion, bearing in mind that I live on the other side of the world, all my needs were catered for regarding time differences and telephone communications. What I thought would be a very arduous time, was seemingly made stress free by such professional personnel. I thank you all.
After a long litigation case against former Landlords; we were given all the help needed to get the result we needed. The late Chris Wills began working on the case, with Jamie Dyson and Kirsty Dare seeing it through to conclusion. We cannot thank Kirsty, Jamie and everyone else involved enough, they all worked incredibly hard, were very professional yet still giving that personal touch. With some firms it can all be a bit too corporate, not the case with Scott Richards. This was a difficult case, at times frustrating with how the other side were behaving - but we were given all the support needed to see it through to conclusion. We have no hesitation in recommending Scott Richards for all legal services.
It's well documented that moving house is a very stressful experience. However, Alice who was dealing with our move, pulled out all the stops to ensure that we were able to complete and exchange within the agreed timescales. All the staff we dealt with , were very friendly and helpful, and I would have no hesitation in using Scott Richards again and would highly recommend them.
Absolutely the best Solicitors we have EVER used for our house purchase. Alice Darch, Katy Dore and the rest of the Team always went above and beyond to help us get through. Everyone was ALWAYS Polite and Courteous regardless of the amount of times we contacted the Team via email, phone and in person. Very pleased with the staff at Scott Richards Solicitors (Lydia & Lauren). They were very efficient & professional in dealing with the sale of my Teignmouth property. I Live in Staffordshire, 200 miles away from the property in Devon which I have owned for over 30 years. The family used the property as a holiday home but it was now the time to sell it. I have never met either Lydia or Lauren all correspondence relating to the sale was conducted by email or text. It worked well, it was fast and efficient. Queries the buyers solicitor raised were relayed to me and answered in days. On the odd occasion I need help Lydia gave me her professional advice. I thought Scott Richards costs were reasonable and fair. In aspects relating to conveyancing the service I received was first class. Robert B

My Will required a complete revision, my circumstances are a little unusual but it was dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. I am considering using them when I sell my house.
