Sue McGregor, was assigned to assist us with probate , following the death of my brother. Whilst Sue remained professional at all times, she was always friendly and approachable. Sue was sensitive to my situation, and also to my sister in the law who was grieving the loss of her husband. Sue reponded promply to queries, we needed answered. The process of applying for probate was clearly set out for us, she helped us to negotiated legal terminlogy with clear explanation and without judgement. After a lengthy and frustrating litigation process it's fair to say we got to know the team rather well! We started the process with the late Chris Wills, who was excellent - we were then placed in the capable hands of Kirsty and Jamie.
