Highly Recommended

Mrs. Carol Bollard assisted us in settling our late fathers estate which included the selling of two properties and dealing with a family contestment of the Will. At all times Mrs. Bollard was professional yet approachable. Nothing was ever too much of a problem and at no time were we made to feel that we weren’t receiving her full attention and commitment to our case. She replied promptly to all our enquiries with straightforward and honest approach and the advice she gave was invaluable to us.
I would have no hesitation recommending her to anyone who was looking for legal assistance.

Highly professional and personal service

Mrs Bollard was a highly professional and very personable solicitor. She assisted our elderly mother in putting together her will. Her approach was completely open and approachable; she was able to give sound impartial advice and guidance. Throughout the process she checked that she understood the procedure and outcomes. Her guidance and knowledge was invaluable in assisting her in making clear decisions and she presented as genuinely mindful that she achieved the best outcome for her needs.
The appointment was welcoming and relaxed and Mrs Bollard was clear from the outset including the very reasonable fees, which our mother was extremely pleased with. This small firm demonstrates a true personal and thoughtful service in which you genuinely feel you are being treated and respected as an individual, where your specific requirements are entirely accommodated, without doubt Mrs Bollard epitomises this approach.
We have recommended Mrs Bollard since and have no hesitation in doing so again. Sincere thanks to both Mrs Bollard and the Somerville and Savage Team.

OUTSTANDING

Having experienced a traumatic experience with another firm of solicitors in Torbay how refreshing it was to discover Somerville and Savage. A small but caring firm they gave me all the care and attention I needed after suffering 3 deaths in my family. I have gone on to use them for conveyancing which has proved, as with the probate work, to be a smooth and helpful experience. Thank you to the whole team.

1 star is too many!

Sarah french who is the director is discusting to deal with and has caused nothing but stress since the passing of my family member.

I warn you now if thinking of using this company please dont as they are discusting to deal with.

With getting the names of the decesased and their date of death wrong, to submitting wrong forms to inland revenue is some of the smalliest things to say the least and a costly process.

STAY CLEAR
