Laura and her team are the best in their field. They have dealt with a few matters for me now; remortgaging, shared ownership sales and transfer of equity to name a few and every time they have been an utter pleasure to deal with. Not only are they experts in all matters conveyancing, but their customer service is second to none. I always get very regular and timely updates and in language i understand, and they have a wonderful ability of dealing with complex matters and putting the customer first. Having used them a few times now, i wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I contacted Ives & Co Rainham when they were recommended re dealing with unusual estates / property sales. I contacted them & explained the situation the staff were sensitive & empathetic - also tolerant of my lack of understanding of procedures. The matter was under a court order time constraint which encompassed the Christmas break. However the team pulled out ALL the stops enabling everything to be completed - 2 days ahead of the deadline. Sarah from Ives and Co. Ruddington office made purchasing my first home possible. Any query/issues I had were dealt with in an efficient and professional manner from Sarah. I had many issues including EWS1 forms, queries about my homebuyers survey which lead to price negotiations and a switch of mortgage companies in order to complete the process.
