I phoned Pengillys wanting some early advice on mortgage buyout.
I received almost instant advice, which we discussed, followed by an email in the evening spelling out possible actions, that would accord with my requirements.
I was beyond pleased and satisfied with the speed and quality of the response.

I have used Matthew Rimmer three times now. For the purchase of a house, the sale/purchase of another and recently to transfer a property to one person. Matthew is proactive, very thorough, efficient and committed to his work. I wouldn't want to rely on anyone else to do such a brilliant job. He is extremely reliable and hard working which shows in the detail of his work and quick response time to any queries. Nothing is ever too much trouble and he ensures a stressful process runs smoothly which makes such a difference, especially during my recent situation. I couldn't recommend his service more and it is no suprise he has done so well in his chosen profession. Thank you Matthew for all your advice/support, you are fantastic at what you do.

Ours was a long and complicated case and a lot of the people that we dealt with have now left but we have to say that Amy Heaver was amazing! She broke things down very clearly in to layman's terms and was happy to phone and explain our situation which filled us with the confidence to finally finish things.
