We had a bit of a difficult start to the process with Gemma, with communication often being slow and at times lacking altogether, which led to some frustration and uncertainty. However, once Elle took over our case, there was a clear and immediate improvement. She handled matters efficiently and was able to progress everything quickly, with our purchase then completing within two weeks. Morgan and Richardson, Julia in particular, were fantastic with the conveyancing. The sale was complex as a jointly owned property with the two of us in two places and one needing online interaction and the other in person. It went very smoothly with clear communication at every stage. Can't recommend enough! Now going through buying process with them.

I was torn between going for one of the big, famous conveyancers again (despite previous disappointment) or a smaller firm - and I made the right decision in going with M&R! Elle was very responsive, very fast, explained everything thoroughly - no complaints at all. We barely even had to talk much as she just got the job done without chasing or harassing which was such a nice surprise after previous moves where I had spent hours on the phone every week trying to get them to pull their finger out!
