As a first time buyer it was really important to me to find a solicitor that would explain everything to me in a way I’d understand and answer my questions with patience and kindness. Morgan & Richardson did just that they were excellent from start to finish and kept me updated thoroughly throughout the process. Would highly recommend!!

I was torn between going for one of the big, famous conveyancers again (despite previous disappointment) or a smaller firm - and I made the right decision in going with M&R! Elle was very responsive, very fast, explained everything thoroughly - no complaints at all. We barely even had to talk much as she just got the job done without chasing or harassing which was such a nice surprise after previous moves where I had spent hours on the phone every week trying to get them to pull their finger out! Big thanks to Elle and M&R, highly recommend.

Choosing Elle Faunch proved to be the best decision we made when purchasing our house this autumn. I have never worked with such a thorough, warm and efficient solicitor. She always had time to answer questions, make recommendations, summarise findings in lay terms, answer a phone call and was friendly, helpful and professional throughout. When we had to respond quickly to pressure from further up the chain to exchange earlier than expected, Elle made sure we got over the line in time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and am glad we didn't make our decision based solely on price.

We had the pleasure of working with Elle Faunch at Morgan & Richardson, and although we didn’t go through with the property purchase in the end, Elle was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, her communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly reassuring. She took the time to explain everything in detail, often highlighting things we would never have thought to question ourselves. Her attention to detail and deep knowledge of the process helped uncover serious issues with the property that could have cost us thousands, and potentially caused us a great deal of stress in the future, both financially and mentally. Elle’s advice ultimately helped us make the difficult, but absolutely right, decision to pull out of the purchase. Thanks to her, we avoided what could have become a very problematic investment. She truly had our best interests at heart and went above and beyond to protect us, not just legally but personally. It’s rare to find someone so professional, meticulous, and genuinely caring, and we’re so grateful to have found her. Without hesitation, we’ll be returning to Elle when we find the right property, we wouldn’t want to go through the process with anyone else. If you’re looking for a solicitor you can fully trust to look after you, Elle is simply the best.
