I was very apprehensive regarding making a will and lasting power of attorney, but Sian Stevens put me at ease straight away. She took her time and talked me through everything I needed to know. She was professional and really friendly and I would highly recommend her.
A brilliant company. Sian Stevens was superb, very bubbly, friendly, professional, explained everything clearly and precisely in terminology I could understand. Both appointments I attended Sian was spot on with time. She made the whole process of writing a will a pleasant experience. Sian wavered her fee which is highly commendable in support of Willaid. Kirsty (I hope I remembered your name correctly) the admin assistant was equally as friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Have already recommended them to several people.
