Awful, truly awful
I appointed this company to sell some land on my behalf, it took them 2 months and three days to respond to the purchaser. No one contacts you, calls you, responds to your emails. I even emailed one of the partners via LinkedIn, no even the courtesy of a response.
They give the legal practice a bad name please avoid.

I have nothing but praise and gratitude for DPALaw, they literally rescued me when I was horribly distraught and in need of help, other law firms approaches were as good as a lemon and solely motivated by extortionate financial gains, some even betrayed me by acting in conflict, Mr James Trask lawyer at DPALaw was motivated by achievement and success in the most professional manner, the outcome in my case was rewarded by success, trust me, trust them .

Absolute let down after my solicitor left.
After my effective solicitor left the firm, things deteriorated fast.
Ffion took over my case and they charged me £18 to inform me of this.
Ffion clearly had not looked at my file on our first meeting. And she did not respond to my emails which I sent until I got the practice manager involved.
A letter she sent to court got 'lost'.
I ended my contract with them and needed my file. They would not give me the file until I had paid my last bill, which strangely was not itemised. I insisted on it being itemised which they seemed unable to provide, until they realised I wouldn't leave.
When I got my file (after a 45 min stand off) there were questionable items on there. They were very rude.
I then found the letter to the court which had been 'lost' in my file.
