From start to finish this was a clear cut, productive, quick and professional experience. The solicitor and the assistant were fantastic, really helpful. It was also transparent on costs- I had sent the exact same instruction/request /informative email to other solicitors explaining that I knew it was an admin issue that I needed rectifying and OLS understood this without any quibble or asking me to come in to discuss. If I had gone with my local solicitor it was looking far more expensive - asking me to explain (what I had already sent them) which seemed like a longer and more expensive process. That is ok if you want that sit down in the office experience but I knew what I needed and I needed it to be cost effective, which it was. It was a pleasure to work with Lucy and Zoe, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again.. in fact I have told many friends about OLS.

The service was professional and what I had hoped for during the divorce proceedings. My only point to stop it being a 5 star review is the documentation being sent at times was uneditable which delayed matters as some of the docs were pdfs that could not be amended or amended easily. This was overcome more than once which enabled us to get to the end of the process but it did cause delays but that’s m6 only critique with what was otherwise great service. Thanks

OLS Solicitors prepared my and my wife's revised/updated Wills. Everything was discussed and covered to our satisfaction. The solicitor was very professional, helpful, friendly, and efficient, as was the rest of the team. I shall be approaching OLS Solicitors again in the future, should there be a need.

Charged me £800 pounds for some email they sent to me. They didn't do anything else. I wouldn't personally recommend them.

Very quick service using Fast Track. Legal documents drafted were quickly approved by the courts.

I recently used OLS Solicitors to help with a consent order being held up in the courts. An excellent service overall, the solicitor I worked with was knowledgeable and gave a variety of solutions without the hard sell. The follow-up and the communication throughout was exceptional, and far better than I've experienced from other legal practices. If only they offered conveyancing service too :( Based on my positive experience I recommend OLS Solicitors without hesitation.
