    Will Aid positive experience

    First Will and didn't really know how to go about it. It was Will Aid month so took part on that and choose local OLS solicitors. Sian handled my case and was helpful in explaining what I needed to outline and was very good at communicating.

    Easy to use and good value

    Needed a will. Was helped along the way with the identification process and the writing process. Went to the office for the final signing and that was it. All together it took about 10 days to complete.

    No complaints!

    I used OLS through the Will Aid scheme and was happy to make the recommended donation amount. OLS are one of the few that provide a service by correspondence, which was my main reason for choosing them. The documents they sent were straightforward to fill in. Even though I was slow at filling them in, the team were very patient.

      Patience pays

      The service was professional and what I had hoped for during the divorce proceedings. My only point to stop it being a 5 star review is the documentation being sent at times was uneditable which delayed matters as some of the docs were pdfs that could not be amended or amended easily. This was overcome more than once which enabled us to get to the end of the process but it did cause delays but that’s m6 only critique with what was otherwise great service. Thanks

      Divorce via Court Order to FDR

      I was presented with a Court Order and so had to act swiftly and found OLS Solicitors online who acted quickly and efficiently in an organised manner, It was a lot of work to prepare for the Court but i was guided by Sian and the Team effectively to finalise in Court with an FDR, Which carried out smoothly and professionally with a decent Barrister to conclude my divorce. An excellent service overall, the solicitor I worked with was knowledgeable and gave a variety of solutions without the hard sell. The follow-up and the communication throughout was exceptional, and far better than I've experienced from other legal practices.
