My experience with Tildens Solicitors was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about professional conduct and client care. Communication was inconsistent, urgent pressure was applied without clear explanation, and key advice was unclear or contradictory. At one point, a senior solicitor refused to confirm in writing whether they would act on a not-guilty basis, and the situation escalated into unnecessary stress at an already vulnerable time. A trainee often communicated directly instead of the supervising solicitor, and important assurances (including representation at court and going through evidence) were not followed through. Requests to follow simple communication boundaries were ignored, and even after withdrawing from the case, the firm continued to contact a young and anxious client directly. The overall approach left us feeling unsupported, pressured, and more confused than when we started. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking steady, competent, or reassuring representation — particularly for young or vulnerable clients.

First time using this firm,I had David swainston come to the police station, very professional and competent he made the process very quick I was released on bail 6 hours after being arrested! And today I was informed that the charges had been dropped and there would be no further action being taken against me! Result! Will use again...Thanks

Received help from Tildens ltd, Alison representing me first in the magistrates court and then upon her invaluable advice in a Crown court with the help of a most competent and caring barrister, appointed by Alison.This under legal aid for which Tildens gets a pittance. Due to these wonderfully caring and truly genuine legal teams constant pressure on the C.P.S, the case against me collapsed! And rightly so, I hadnt done anything wrong, but as a layman without this kind of expert legal representation IT COULD ALL HAVE GONE VERY PEARSHAPED. So, how many stars can you give Tildens?, not enough.
