We wanted to get advise about our situation and they took the money advance and gave an information about totally different subject. I ended up the meeting with in 10min instead of 1h and ask full refund. What I get after long emails only 100£ back.

Failure to complete immigration. I was a client of McGill and my file brought to your firm. It was dumped on people who know nothing about immigration and sent me on a wasted , time consuming chase. I eventually had to leave your firm and hire another attorney to complete the process that I had paid in FULL for with McGill. This has cost me additional funds and I am quite angry. The incompetence was astounding and the lack of responsibility does not put you in any good light. In addition to what I paid McGill I have had to pay an additional $1,300. dollars to complete the process. This is something that McGill should have to reimburse me for as it was her negligence that led to this outcome.

The main solicitor I dealt with was polite and kind her “senior solicitor” was rude and unhelpful and unprofessional. I was charged for clarifying a mistake that was made and their over looking of an important part of an application.
