I was given Sarah Clark from Mansfield as my solicitor by my car insurance company after a rear end crash in 2019.
The service received was not great.
I prefer to talk to a person than Email but every time i rang Sarah Clark she was in a meeting ???? (at least 10 times matybe more)
She did not return any off my calls, i even asked my broker to call her but she did not call them back.
After nearly 3 years i was informed that i should have kept recolds of my loss of earnings, if i had been told this at the beginning i would have received more money, and so would have Mansfields.
I have to question why they get 25% of the claim after doing very little to help me.
i really hope that Ms Clark can sleep at night knowing that she left me out of pocket with a payment that hardly covers the constaint pain i am in.

My case took almost a year to resolve. Even with the time passed i did not end up getting the treatment for physiotherapy i required and was forced to accept a settlement.
Lee Champion was dealing with my case he had made a lot of excuses even mentioned to me on an email "I have more important clients to deal with such as court hearings" i have never come across such a rude and unprofessional company in my life. I would avoid at all cost. I still require treatment for my physiotherapy which I need to pay from my own pocket.

Having used them for 'free wills week' we found several obvious errors in what they had drawn up. It took weeks to make contact and have them correct their errors. Since them we have tried 5 times, phone, email, and letters to contact them. Suffice to say we are having our wills redone with another company as we have no faith left in them.

Although we had a bad experience with our landlord we were over the moon to find these solicitors were there to provide us there expertise and support in our claim against our ex landlord and our insurance claim .
