One of the most frustrating experiences we have ever experienced when carrying out a house sale and purchase .... solicitor and ourselves just seemed to be on very different paths in terms of communication / any sense of urgency / keeping us updated and aware of what was going on ... the Ellison website quotes "commitment to ensuring client care is at the centre of our service delivery" ... well if the service level we received was deemed to be in keeping with the above , then Ellison's standards are clearly set at a very different / lower level than ours and even more so what the costs being charged are noticeably higher than other peers / competitors

I came to this law firm to seek advice and support throughout my divorce and issues with Child Maintenance court with my late husband.
Shortly after taking out ANOTHER mortgage in order to pay for this firms expenses, I couldn’t help but notice that my allocated solicitor had found her way into my husbands bed, resulting in more of my low income having to be spent not only on a new lawyer, but a very high-end ointment (not NHS insured🙄) for my crabs too.
Very disappointed, very itchy.
