My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Emily Turner and Cameron Cini. Emily handled our purchase and sale and could not have given us more confidence. The property we purchased had a few complications and Emily handled every single one perfectly, absolutely nothing was too much and we felt so certain throughout the transaction that everything would be okay. Emily came as a recommendation through a colleague and I will recommend her going forward - an absolutely incredible solicitor. Additionally, the estate agents handling the transactions and aftersales teams at the estate agents all spoke so highly of Ellisons & Emily - saying they were a "breath of fresh air". To finalise, Emily and the Ellisons team have been absolutely perfect throughout the whole transaction and I truly cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend.
0 Stars isn't an option. Absolutely dreadful - did not perform the task they were paid to do then ran up billable hours on things I hadn't approved. Funds on account was used up on pointless tasks (that I'd already paid someone else to do) and successfully wasted 6 months on a time sensitive matter. Asked for justification of billing and was told in was in her (Lauren's) notes but were unable/willing to provide anything that would be considered "legally admissible" to support this - I was asked to attend a meeting but the requestee didn't turn up; I was asked to communicate through a specific email address but never received a response, instead their comm's came from a different address that i didn't know about and hadn't approved into my inbox. They are obliged to work in the best interest of the client but I have nothing that supports this. Avoid at all costs. Matter now with the Legal Ombudsman and the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

My brother and I can't thank Shah enough for seeing our late father's probate sale through to completion. He was patient, efficient and always on point, ensuring we were always ahead of the game. No matter how many obstacles our buyers solicitors put in the way, Shah's wealth of experience shone through. Ellisons not only dealt with the sale, but their Private Client team also handled the probate in a very timely and efficient manner. Great service all round.

My wife and I had our Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney prepared by Amy and her team, and we highly recommend Ellisons as a go-to law firm for wills, LPAs and inheritance tax advice. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable, taking the time to clearly explain each step of the will writing and Lasting Power of Attorney process and providing helpful guidance on inheritance tax planning. The entire experience was professional, efficient and incredibly smooth from start to finish.
