Ellisons are an established highly regarded law firm and have an excellent reputation. They were recommended by our estate agent to handle the conveyancing of our property in Colchester. This was a very high value property transaction and therefore, for us, cost was not the first consideration; although in my opinion, Ellison's fees and terms were very reasonable. Legal competence, security, reliability, thoroughness and good communications are essential. Throughout the process, from validation of my identity, to the completion of the sale, billing and transfer of the proceeds was flawless. I was, and am, extremely impressed.
