Sally has been helping me with a matter and has been a real pleasure to work with. She's very knowledgable, has an excellent ability to cut through the noise and focus on the real issues. Her pragmatic - and kind - approach is one that I particularly valued. M&P dealt with my recent divorce. They were knowledgable , however, I had to chase a lot. I had to remind and prioritise their correspondence to avoid missing key deadlines on the other side. I also had a change of solicitor and I am not happy with the handover. Key information was not passed on and I had to fill in lots of gaps and information . Value for money ? No. I did a lot of work myself

We are sorry you feel unhappy with the level of service you received. You were assigned a new solicitor straight away and she drafted the consent order within a week of taking over the file. She did check some details with you but this is to be expected. The solicitor understood what a stressful time this was for you and acted promptly as well as being available for you when required and meeting the deadline. The case was concluded well within the initial costs estimate. We wish you well for the future.
