As many would know buying a house is a stressful time. There are to many moving parts & variables that you just have to accept however having the information from a great solicitor is key for both parties to engage & I have to admit Taylor legal definitely delivered . I was always informed everstep & was given suggestions which really helped the purchase of my house smooth . Munpreet was calm, professional & pleasure to deal with during my recent purchase.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Bhavish, Laila, and Munpreet on several occasions, and I can’t speak highly enough of their service. Their expertise in handling my property purchases and transfers has been exceptional, with clear, knowledgeable advice at every stage. What really sets them apart is how approachable and supportive they are—they made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well-managed. They were always available to answer questions and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and genuinely friendly solicitor.

Having previously dealt with solicitors who did not communicate or respond, it was very reassuring to deal with Taylor’s Legal who were very communicative, explained every step clearly to me and answered my many many questions! Will definitely use them again if needed.
Extremely disappointing experience with Taylors Legal. I found the whole process slow, frustrating and poorly communicated. The level of communication from the solicitor handling my matter was extremely poor, and I often felt completely out of the loop. This was not what I expected when purchasing a property. The experience was so frustrating that it has put me off wanting to continue with the property purchase process altogether…. What made the situation even worse was the cost. I was charged £1,800 (with no contract) to terminate the sale, despite having received very little communication or service. I was also charged £65 for a phone call that I did not request and, as far as I’m concerned, never even had the opportunity to have with the solicitor. Around 75% of the fees were taken when the sale was terminated. In my opinion, the charges were extremely expensive compared with what I understand other solicitors charge, especially considering the level of service I received. Overall, I found the service poor, the communication unacceptable and the costs far too high. I would not recommend Taylors Legal based on my experience. If you are considering using them, I strongly recommend getting a full breakdown of all fees, including termination and cancellation charges, and comparing their costs with other solicitors before committing. I am highly considering escalating this to a formal complaint under your Complaints Handling Procedure if necessary, and to the Legal Ombudsman for an unfair assessment of costs as I was recently informed I was overly charged…

Taylor’s legal came recommend to me and their response time was excellent to my enquiry.
