Great communication from the team via emails. The online sign up and text messages were also very informative. The team were swift with their requirements and chasing any missing information. We were able to exchange and complete on the stated dates I could not ask more from them. An absolute pleasure dealing with Nicola at Taylors Legal. I have used Taylors for a number of services over the years, most recently for the transfer of equity. Facing a few obstacles, I anticipated the process to be long and stressful but Nicola was phenomenal. Consultative in her approach, super efficient and just ON IT. Costs are reasonable and they are transparent from beginning and throughout on any additional costs, which I am yet to experience with other solicitors.

I had a disappointing experience with this solicitor. After leaving a review that reflected my honest opinion, I received an email from the CEO which I found quite distressing. It implied there could be legal consequences if I didn’t amend or remove the review, which made me feel intimidated and pressured. While I understand the importance of reputation, I believe there are more respectful ways to handle client feedback. I ended up removing my review because I felt too anxious to deal with any potential legal follow-up. I’m sharing this now to help others make an informed decision.my biggest advice would be read the 1 star reviews both here and Trust Pilot. They speak volumes

One of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had if only I had read these reviews before hand They charge me for services that I didn’t have to have and expressly told them that I didn’t want when I asked why they had done so I was told everyone else has one It also turned out they had not read the lease Which meant I was letting outside the law and risk prosecution I would not wise my on going experience on anybody
