Disappointing experience. Avoid at all costs to reduce risks to yourself.
I am sure there are some other excellent solicitors in the firm, however the solicitor who was working on my case was rather disappointing which is a shame. No clear instructions given, no prompt follow up, no proper case review which caused 3 weeks delay on fixing the property completion date. I was contacted by 6 different people throughout the case not being told who is doing what, very confusing, very unprofessional.

Very poor service and no communication .
We were recommended to use this company by the builders we purchased our house from. Big mistake as we have a legal issue over the land with the builders and Taylor’s legal will not represent us as as they obviously see the builders as the bigger customer for future business and they are not interested that we used their services to purchase our home. Shocking company to deal with they also never return your calls or emails especially E. C.

My experience with this legal team was highly unsatisfactory. Communication was consistently poor, with little transparency or timely updates. I encountered unexpected fees that were not adequately explained, and there were significant errors in the handling of my stamp duty, resulting in unnecessary complications and delays. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail throughout the process was deeply disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. As a first time buyer they offer no guidance no support and made a mistake on paperwork that I’m still trying to sort out two years later. Amy Randall hides behind her receptionist pretending she’s not in the office to avoid calls and buries her head in the sand instead of dealing with mistakes the firm has made. I rang multiple times to ask questions when I purchased the property as buying for the first time can be daunting and no one ever rings you back. Terrible response times on any queries you may have. Do not trust this firm with something so important as buying a home. I’m absolutely shocked that they have any five star reviews, take that with a pinch of salt I would not be shocked if most were fake.

We were recommended this law firm by the developers of our new build property. Considering the extortionate fee’s that they charge, the service we have received has been appalling. The Solicitors are poor at managing expectations, calls remain unanswered and no one has the decency to return your call. The Solicitor assigned to our file, Danielle Marsh, was unhelpful, unprofessional and not responsive. Take your business elsewhere - this firm is a waste of your money and time.

Like others I wish there was a zero star option. Was recommended Taylors Legal's Andrea Harris by estate agent. Found her rude, dismissive and her phone manner borderline obnoxious from the get go. Didn't check emails or communicate. Total incompetence. Asked to be assigned new solicitor by partner at firm. Did not even have the basic manners to respond to my very reasonable request. A shoddy slapdash slapstick outfit.

I would highly recommend. We dealt with Ms Nicola D, I found her to be incredibly efficient & great at identifying critical elements on your behalf. I also wanted to mention Ms Jakie H; I felt she was very proactive & professional; between them, they elevated the stress & made the whole process effortless.

One of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had if only I had read these reviews before hand They charge me for services that I didn’t have to have and expressly told them that I didn’t want when I asked why they had done so I was told everyone else has one It also turned out they had not read the lease Which meant I was letting outside the law and risk prosecution I would not wise my on going experience on anybody
